Honey can be used as
the natural sweetener, but you may not know other great benefits
of honey. Scientists have proven that honey is the natural
throat soother, natural energy booster, and contains beauty
ingredient---antioxidants and chemicals that appear to block
certain types of cell damage caused by free radicals.
The colors and flavors depend on
the wildflowers on which the bees forage. During the honey
harvest the honey flavors subtly strengthen as the wild
flowers change with season. In general, lighter colored
honeys are mild in flavor, while darker honeys are usually
more robust in flavor.
